If after unlocking done, tool show "Unlock Successful!", but your phone still locked. Follow the instructions below to request refund !!!

NOTE:
Only subtract your credits balance on first time unlock, if you try unlock again with same device/imei, it is free (not subtract your credits balance). So, please try unlock again (flash eng modem, ask technical,...) before request refund !
Only request refund if it still can't unlock !
- Insert SIM card, and connect phone again with Computer
- Open SAMTool, click "Read Info"
- Login your account on website: https://samtool.org/login
- Go to "Dashboard" > "Transaction History" > "Balance (Credits)" > Search your phone IMEI
- Click "Action" button > click "Request Refund"
