N960U unlock fail

I was trying to unlock a N950U , calculate sec just fine but when trying to writ it back got stuck on Writing signature and cant get it out of there
is been there for 25 mins. what should i do to fix this?

Use latest updated version from download section.

i try different port new latest version of samtool and now it says ; Initializing Applet.......NOT SUPPORTED FOR THIS DEVICE PLEASE CHOOSE OTHER OPTION/TASK please help me to resolve this issue.

edit: I fixed after several attempts same computer same com port.
