I bought a S9 phone on ebay that appears to be unlocked by Samtool. It's on Android 9 but the baseband is g960usqu5ase1 and that led me here.
I can't use the S9 on Spectrum Mobile unless it's on Android 10. Update to Android 10 won't come OTA, is there any way to update to Android 10 with Odin without losing the unlock?
