Refunded 3 credits, install SAMTool v1.8.1 and try unlock again: https://samtool.org/dl/SAMTool_v1.8.1.zip

customer repeat the procedure with new exe 1.8.2 but no success.. software shows phone successfully but in phone its invalid sim always

its all done by customer . reflashed the phone also. mr tungkick said flash eng modem need also? please an you check on teamviewer

sr if TMB not flash eng modem only sprint and att need eng modem. TMB need use 1.8.2 tool
