J727P Bit 5 "Reading Device Security Area......"

Hi guys, i'm new on your tool and forum, i purchase com crd to check the service and stay if it works for me, now i;m trying to unlock a J727P U5, but i keep getting stuck at an error saying: "Reading Device Security Area......" and just stays there forever, i have tried just a couple small things, like changing port number, dm+modem+adb, Factory rest the device, using another simcard during the procces, but still i get the same problem, i'll show you the ful log:

Sadly, still now i'm getting a differente error, this one says:


Reading Device Security Area......OK
Exiting Upload Mode......OK
Security readed, verifying.....FAIL!
Searching security not found
Enable 'Deep Security Calculate' option and try again!
Balance: 14 Credit(s)
Total time take: 00:01:26, finished on 1/31/2020 4:58:50 PM -06:00

I Also Tried using the "Deep Calculate" Option, and still got the same result:

Security readed, verifying.....FAIL!
Searching security not found

I am out of ideas :(
