Samsung S975U locked when trying to unlock BIT 3

I paid for the BIT3 unlock for Samsung S975U but with a really bad instruction manual, I got lost. So, I tried unlocking it anyway and this is the result I got.

Since I got this issue, I thought maybe I have to flash the modem provided with the patched odin as well. And I did that and then this happened.

It's fine tho because I was able to re-flash the entire software and fix the phone completely. But I am still confused as to why it didn't work or if I made a mistake somewhere. IF what I did was the actual procedure, will my device not be unlocked?
